Château Fourcas Dupré: revival and opening to wine tourism for a wine estate

In Listrac-Médoc, Fourcas Dupré reinvents itself: a new winemaking facility, a tasting room, and an estate opening its doors to visitors.

A revival cannot be dictated: it is built, stone by stone, while honoring what makes a property unique. At Fourcas Dupré, the project began with listening to the location, its buildings, its wine, and the people behind it, before laying down the first line.

A new winemaking facility

The winemaking facility gives the estate the means to match its ambitions. The building draws on the architectural language of Médoc cellars, featuring arches, light render, and tile roofs, blending seamlessly into the property rather than standing apart.

Opening the estate to visitors

The tasting room is where the estate tells its story. Designed to welcome guests without disrupting the winemaking process, it features a clear visitor tour, curated views of the cellar, and carefully controlled lighting. Wine tourism thus becomes a way to share the wine right where it is born.

A rediscovered identity

Architecture, design, and brand identity move forward as one. This enables the estate to undergo a profound transformation while remaining instantly recognizable: Fourcas Dupré evolves while remaining true to itself.
